Cedarville University SIFE | S-Quad
S-Quad (SIFE Student Sessions for Success) will allow Cedarville SIFE to host a different speaker each month on campus to discuss a relevant topic with SIFE students. The speakers will include men like Cedarville's chancellor, Dr. Dixon, and will discuss a variety of topics such as using your business as a ministry.
October 2009: Our first S-quad Session was held October 1. Dr. Dixon spoke to our members on Christianity in the workplace, and how we as Christians can use business to bring glory to God. He gave practical tips and personal observations before opening up the session to a general Q&A. November 2009: Our second S-quad Session featured Mr. Bill Almack from CLC Ministries. Mr. Almack shared about his ministry planting small businesses and bookstores in nations all over the world. He also shared about various internship opportunities made available to our SIFE members. |
